Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Meraki team. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Beginning January 1, 2023 a credit card will be required prior to booking and stored securely within our system. In the case a 24 hour notice is not given, a service charge may be applied up to 50% of the original service amount.
No Call // No Show: If you do not contact us to cancel and do not show up to your appointment, a service charge may be applied at 100% of the original service booked.
Refunds: 30 day return policy on unused products/used will not be accepted for return or refunded. If you are not satisfied with a service and would like to have it corrected or refunded, you will need to contact the salon manager or owner within one week of original service for any redo or refund to apply.
